We cannot emphasise enough the importance of choosing an Estate Agent who is registered with the Ombudsman for Estate Agents scheme if you are thinking of buying or selling a house. The scheme provides reassurance in that it monitors the activity of its member Estate Agents in accordance with a strict code of practice. The scheme is further endorsed by the Office of Fair Trading.
In a recent survey carried out by Referenceline.com which was commissioned by the Ombudsman for Estate Agents, Yellow Estate Agency achieved a 93% overall approval rating covering professional code compliance and customer satisfaction. Bill McClintock, Chairman of OEA, said this is an extremely high rating when compared with the national results of other Estate Agents.
